1. Course Nature (Digital Content)

All our courses consist of instant-access digital content (13+ structured recorded practical lessons, downloadable resources, and WhatsApp doubt assistance). Once payment is completed and access is granted, the educational service is considered fully delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error (the duplicate amount will be refunded upon verification).
• Unresolved Technical Access Issue: If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the course lessons, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following scenarios:

• Change of mind after purchase or choosing not to learn.
• Lack of interest (عدم دلچسپی) or lack of personal time to watch lessons.
• Failure to complete lessons or practice campaigns.
• Inability to run ads due to personal Meta account restrictions unrelated to our training.
• Purchasing under promotional or limited-time discounted prices (e.g., ₹499 offer).
