2. Course Structure & Access License

Upon completing enrollment and payment of the one-time fee (e.g., ₹499 special offer), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access the recorded video lessons, training modules, and course dashboard for your personal education.

• Access is granted on a Lifetime Access basis for as long as the platform operates.
• Accounts are strictly for individual use. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All training videos, visual demonstrations, curriculum roadmaps, text descriptions, graphics, logos, and course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Meta Ads Mastery.

• You may NOT record, download, screen-capture, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of our course content without prior written permission.
• Any unauthorized redistribution or resale will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may subject the violator to civil and criminal legal action under applicable copyright laws.

4. Educational & Results Disclaimer

The Meta Ads Mastery Course is designed to teach practical, step-by-step advertising techniques on Facebook & Instagram based on real-world experience.

• No Financial Guarantees: Advertising success, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), lead generation volume, and sales conversion depend on various external factors including your business niche, product quality, ad budget, market competition, and individual execution. We do not guarantee specific monetary earnings or business results.
• Meta Policy Compliance: Students are solely responsible for ensuring their individual ad campaigns and accounts adhere to Meta's official Advertising Policies and Community Standards.

5. WhatsApp Doubt Support

We provide dedicated WhatsApp doubt support to assist enrolled students with their learning process. Support is provided in good faith to resolve curriculum queries. Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate conduct toward our support staff will result in immediate termination of support services and account suspension.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if we detect suspicious activity, credential sharing, violation of intellectual property, or breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meta Ads Mastery and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the course materials, ad account suspensions by Meta, or advertising expenditures incurred on third-party platforms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. The updated version will be published on this page with the effective date.
